SiMD is provided by Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. It is licensed under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/). If you use the SiMD, you accept these terms and will comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, the laws of Thailand. These terms and condition, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by the SiMD without notice at any time for any reason.

• You will not use any services as part of, or in conjunction with any commercial (for any profit) offering without written authorization from an authorized representative.
• You will not transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, untrue, or you do not have the right to provide or transmit.
